Information used by the site
The estimate form runs in the customer’s browser. Its fields are used to prepare a WhatsApp message; the website does not send that form to its own database.
When the customer chooses to send the message, WhatsApp processes the information under its own terms and privacy practices.
Purpose
The information is used to answer questions, review service availability, prepare an estimate and follow up on a requested job.
Data minimization
Only send information needed to identify the vehicle, location and requested service. Do not send sensitive financial or identity documents through the form.
